Please remove the spelt pillow through the opening and either heat it in the oven at a maximum of 75°C for approximately 2-3 minutes. For an environmentally friendly and gentler experience, the pillow can also be warmed to lukewarm on a radiator or tiled stove.
Under no circumstances should the pillow be heated in the microwave, otherwise it will burn!

Make sure it doesn't get too hot, otherwise there is a risk of skin burns or overheating in newborns.
The cherry stone pillow should also not be heated for too long or too much, otherwise the pillow may start to burn.
