Can I return a product?
For reasons of hygiene, products can only be returned in their original packaging and unused/unopened. Please contact us no later than 14 days after receipt of your order via firstname.lastname@example.org
My product does not look like the picture.
Many products are of natural origin or handmade. They can therefore differ slightly from the pictures in size, shape and colour. If you still want to return the product, please contact email@example.com and note the point "Can I return a product?".
What if my delivery is defective?
Please check if your shipping box is defective. If so, please bring the package to the nearest post office within 8 days and report the damage to Swiss Post.
If a product has suffered damage, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and describe the defect as precisely as possible and, if possible, add a photo.
