We deliver within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

A Mail (Priority): The shipping costs are CHF 9.-, from CHF 60.- purchase amount CHF 6.-.

B Mail (Economy): The shipping costs are CHF 7.-, from CHF 60.- purchase amount CHF 5.-.

From a purchase amount of CHF 100, shipping is free.

A Mail (Priority): Approx. 1-3 working days.

B Mail (Economy): Approx. 2-5 business days

No, you can order whatever you want.
We reserve the right to send orders by letter if possible.

Payment is processed via Twint, PayPal, Apple Pay, credit card or instant transfer (Sofort).

For reasons of hygiene, products can only be returned in their original packaging and unused/unopened. Please contact us no later than 14 days after receipt of your order via hello@the-sage.ch

Please check if your shipping box is defective. If so, please bring the package to the nearest post office within 8 days and report the damage to Swiss Post.
If a product has suffered damage, please contact hello@the-sage.ch and describe the defect as precisely as possible and, if possible, add a photo.

Many products are of natural origin or handmade. They can therefore differ slightly from the pictures in size, shape and colour. If you still want to return the product, please contact hello@the-sage.ch and note the point "Can I return a product?".

Yes! We also send your gifts directly to the person to be gifted. Our packages never include an invoice, delivery note or price. You can find our gift packaging directly with the products as a selection option. We would be happy to add your personal message to the package. You can simply add a note to our gift packaging. We write these on a card by hand.
