We deliver within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Shipping is free from a purchase amount of CHF 100.

A-Post: The shipping costs are CHF 9.50, from a purchase amount of CHF 60 CHF 7.

B-Post: The shipping costs are CHF 7.50, from a purchase amount of CHF 60 CHF 6.-.

The shipping costs already include processing and packaging.

A Mail (Priority): Approx. 1-3 working days.

B Mail (Economy): Approx. 2-5 business days

Unfortunately, local pickup is not currently possible.

We reserve the right to send orders by letter if possible.

You can pay securely with Twint, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or credit card (also Debit Mastercard) or purchase by invoice.

No. You can easily order as a guest and open a customer account at any time if needed.

A customer account offers the advantage that you can participate in our loyalty program .

For hygiene reasons, products can only be returned if they are in their original packaging and unused/unopened. Please contact us no later than 12 days after your order has been dispatched via hello@the-sage.ch

Cosmetics, food and products marked "Second Chance" cannot be exchanged.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
For damaged or incomplete original packaging, we reserve the right to charge a processing fee of up to 10% of the purchase price.
Returns must be received within 14 days of the shipment date. For late returns, we charge a processing fee of 1% of the purchase price, with a minimum of CHF 2.

Please check if your shipping box is defective. If so, please bring the package to the nearest post office within 8 days and report the damage to Swiss Post.
If a product has suffered damage, please contact hello@the-sage.ch and describe the defect as precisely as possible and, if possible, add a photo.

Many products are of natural origin or handmade. They can therefore differ slightly from the pictures in size, shape and colour. If you still want to return the product, please contact hello@the-sage.ch and note the point "Can I return a product?".

Yes! We also send your gifts directly to the person receiving the gift. Our packages never include an invoice, delivery note or price. You can find our gift packaging directly next to the products as an option. We would also be happy to include your personal message in the package. You can simply add a note to our gift packaging. We write these by hand on a card.

Please note that we package all products in an order as a gift and send them to the desired recipient address. Unfortunately, it is not possible to ship the products to different delivery addresses.
Only 1 gift wrap is required per order (not for each individual product).
