To warm the cherry stone pillow, please remove it and wrap it in a cotton cloth. Only the inner cushion should be heated, not the entire pillow.
To do this, simply open the zipper.
The pillow can then be heated either in the oven at 75 degrees for about 5-10 minutes or on a radiator until it feels warm.

Place in the freezer for about 30 minutes to cool.

Make sure it doesn't get too hot, otherwise there is a risk of skin burns or overheating in newborns.
The cherry stone pillow should also not be heated for too long or too much, otherwise the pillow may start to burn.
