Striped sports socks first enjoyed a surge in popularity in the 70s and 80s. Today, this design is experiencing a revival in sportswear and streetwear.
Good design and good stories are timeless, like the story of this sock. This sock was designed by Biljana, a former professional handball player and mother of PAAR Socks founder Ivana.
The cotton used is Oeko-Tex Standard 100 and GOTS certified.
80% organic cotton
17% polyamide
3% elastane
We recommend washing PAIRS of socks at 30 to 40 degrees without fabric softener or bleach. It is best to air dry the socks.

The socks are made fairly in a small factory in Serbia.
PAAR is a Zurich sock label. "Walk In Colours" is more than just their slogan, it's their lifestyle!
Together with (sometimes also inclusive) artists, they create unique and colourful, cheerful socks in Switzerland. Each design is only available in limited quantities; Demand determines the quantity produced, so PAAR consciously declares war on fast fashion.
The organic cotton used is OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 and GOTS certified and comes from Turkey.
The socks are made under fair conditions in a small factory (8 employees) in Serbia.
The name "PAAR" not only stands for a pair of socks, but also symbolizes the attraction of different couples in nature and society.
PAAR socks are as colorful and diverse as the people who wear them.
