The most important factor for successful results is that your macarons don't break when you lift them. The mirror-smooth surface of the silicone macaron mat is designed so that the macarons release themselves after cooling.

Note: Let the macarons cool on the baking mat for at least 10 minutes before you can lift them without leaving any residue.

The Backefix silicone baking mat consists of a fabric core encased in platinum silicone. Even heat distribution is guaranteed, and the baking mat is temperature-resistant from -35°C to 240°C and even microwave-safe. Furthermore, it is food-safe, free of BPA and PFAS, and odorless and tasteless.

Simply wash with warm water and a little dish soap. Of course, our silicone baking mat is also dishwasher safe.
