The typically two-tone flesh of this Italian beetroot variety is extremely decorative: the white and red rings contrast beautifully.
Delicate and mild, this beetroot can also be used raw in salads.
Good storage properties. Mid-early.

Sow April to June in rows 30 cm apart.
Diligent watering promotes germination.
Young plants can also be moved.
Later warped to 10 cm.
Keep soil loose.
Neighborhood with bush and soybeans.
