Difference between menstrual cup and menstrual disc:

Shape and position: A menstrual disc is flat and sits higher, behind the pubic bone. A menstrual cup is bell-shaped and sits deeper in the vaginal canal, creating a suction seal.

Removal: To remove a menstrual disc, hook your finger under the front rim and pull it out. With a menstrual cup, however, you need to squeeze the base to release the suction before removing it.

One size fits all: The AllMatters disc is available in a one-size-fits-all design that comfortably fits most users.
