Juicy, fresh, crunchy. The relatively small (approx. 20cm long) cucumber is ideal for fresh consumption and impresses with its full cucumber flavor and few seeds.

Old traditional variety, climbing, robust in cultivation.

Sow from mid-April: two seeds each in a pot of 8 or directly into the open ground from mid-May.
Planting distances 50x50 cm.
Nutrient-rich soil, compost and mulch are beneficial.
Plant lettuce, kohlrabi or radish between the young cucumbers to make better use of space.
