Cucumber «Kleopatra» organic seeds - Zollinger Bio

You can find it in Egyptian local markets, the small crunchy cucumber called Cleopatra. It tastes so good that Zollinger Bio immediately started a selection for our climate... et voilà, there it is.

It's great as a little refreshment in between meals, but when cut into small cubes it's unsurpassable in a Greek salad.

Length approx. 12-15cm.

Sow from mid-April: 2 seeds each in a pot of 8 or directly outdoors from mid-May.
Planting distances 50x50 cm.
Nutrient-rich soil, compost and mulch are beneficial.
Plant lettuce, kohlrabi, radishes between the young cucumbers to make better use of space or combine them with sweet corn.
