Mung bean sprouts have a sweet, crisp, fresh taste. The 'soy sprouts' familiar from Asian dishes often conceal sprouted mung bean sprouts, ideal for stir-fries, salads, and wraps. Sprouts are the easiest way to add important vitamins, minerals, trace elements, phytochemicals, and fiber to your diet any time of year – freshly harvested and locally grown from your home windowsill!

Soak before sprouting.
Rinse thoroughly with clean water before consumption.
Formation of fibrous roots possible.
Use 2 tablespoons of seeds per seed tray or sprouting jar.
Soak for 12 hours.
Water twice a day and harvest after 3-5 days.

The ideal germination temperature is 18-22°C. Only consume raw seeds after the fourth day.

Store in a cool, dry place and protected from light.
