Rapunzel Naturkost is a German family-run business based in Legau in the Allgäu region that produces high-quality organic food. Their philosophy, "We make organic out of love," means that only people who are well-off can produce food carefully and sustainably. Their core values include organic farming, supply chain transparency, and fair partnerships with producers—particularly through their proprietary HAND-IN-HAND fair trade program. They work with their own agricultural engineers, regularly visit their suppliers, and monitor raw materials from the field to the finished product to ensure the highest quality and environmental protection. Through these principles, they promote organic farming and social justice worldwide while conserving natural resources.
