Aubergine «Black Beauty» Organic Seeds - Zollinger Organic

The 'Black Beauty' eggplant is a classic variety, just as you'd imagine! It's plump, bell-shaped, very dark purple, and has tender, intensely flavorful flesh. It's perfect for slicing and grilling in the oven or in a pan.
The fruit can be harvested continuously from mid-September to the end of October. It reaches a height of 120 cm.

Sow seeds in a seed tray in a warm place from the beginning to the end of February.
When the young plants are about 5 cm tall, prick them out into pots.
Plant out from May 20th onwards, spacing plants 60 cm apart on all sides, either in a greenhouse or outdoors (cover with fleece). Tie to a stake. Always remove the first flower.
