Organic Sprouting Seeds "Mild Aromatic Mix" - Rapunzel

This carefully selected blend of high-quality sprouting seeds offers a harmonious combination of mild aromas and invigorating flavors. The mix includes lentil seeds, mung bean seeds, and adzuki beans, which together provide a perfect balance of freshness and taste. Ideal as an ingredient for salads, sandwiches, wraps, and much more.

Sprouts are the easiest way to incorporate essential vitamins, minerals, trace elements, secondary plant compounds, and dietary fiber into your diet at any time of year – freshly harvested and "locally sourced" right from your windowsill!

Soak before sprouting. Rinse thoroughly with clean water before eating.
Formation of fibrous roots possible.
Use 2 tablespoons of seeds per seed tray or sprouting jar.
Soak for six to eight hours.
Water twice a day and harvest after 4 days.
The ideal germination temperature is 18-22°C.

Store in a cool, dry place and protected from light.
