Celery “Weisser” organic seeds - Zollinger Bio

The fleshy petioles have a spicy, pleasant taste and a high vitamin C content.
They are enjoyed raw in mixed salads and for dipping, but also as steamed vegetables or in soups.

Sow in boxes in a warm place at the beginning of March to April.
Frost-free culture is a requirement.
Plant outdoors at 40x30 cm from May 20th.
Only use well-rotted compost.
To harvest, either continually harvest the outer leaves as with the cabbage stem or cut the entire plant at once.
