Asian leafy vegetables «Pak Choi» organic seeds - Zollinger Bio

Pak Choi is an Asian leafy vegetable. The white broad leaf ribs are steamed separately, the green leaf is prepared like spinach or as a salad. These vegetables are low in calories but contain many valuable vitamins and minerals.

Sow mid-July to early August in seed trays. Plant out after 3-4 weeks at a distance of 30 cm on all sides (or sow very early in spring, but it will start sprouting from May).
Harvest September to October.
Overwinteres in sheltered areas or in cold tunnels.
