Sprout Huggers are made from flexible, food-grade silicone.

The two-piece set includes a perforated top container that attaches to a standard or wide-mouth glass or drinking glass.
The lower container serves as a reservoir to collect water and allow good air circulation.
Easy-to-understand instructions are included.

1. Soaking
Most seeds need to be soaked for 6-8 hours or overnight. You can find instructions for each type of sprouting seed online.

2. Drain
After soaking, drain the seeds and rinse them a few times before placing the jar and Sprout Hugger upside down on the container. Repeat regularly.

3. Rinse
You should rinse your seeds and sprouts frequently (at least twice a day). Remove any excess water and then place the jar back in the container.

4. Growing
Most seeds need to be in the shade for a day or two before finally being placed in the sun. We recommend that you read the instructions on the packaging of your seeds.

They are made from 100% food grade silicone.
