The reusable proofing basket is made from wicker, with a matching cotton cover to protect the dough during proofing. The proofing basket is hand-woven and biodegradable.
The round fermentation basket made of rattan protects the bread dough from drying out and at the same time provides stability. This gives the loaf of bread its typical groove-like shape on the bread during the fermentation process.
