Simply fold the soft silicone period cup and insert it. The cup will unfold and be held in place by a vacuum. Remove after ~12 hours and empty it into the toilet. Rinse and repeat. Simple.

If you are using a menstrual cup for the first time, it is recommended that you use it in the shower. After a short period of getting used to it, you will never want to use anything else.
