Food doesn't stick to the mold. Additional greasing is not necessary.

The silicone fruit cake mold from Backefix has practical handles that make it easy to transport it to the oven. Thanks to the non-stick properties of the mirror-smooth inner surface, you can easily get your cake out of the mold without greasing. This not only saves time and money, but also calories.

The fruit cake mold is very heat conductive. This means you can always get a well-baked cake. No matter whether it's cheese cake, fruit cake or a classic cake base. After the baking process, you just have to let the cake cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes and then you can simply press it out of the pan.
