Climate conditions
Moroccan mint is an easy-to-grow plant. It prefers sunny to partially shaded locations with well-drained soil. It can also tolerate shady areas, but will grow less vigorously.
sowing
For Moroccan mint, we recommend sowing in pots to promote germination. Fill 8 cm diameter seedling pots with potting soil and press it down lightly. Place 4-5 seeds in each pot and press them in gently. Cover with a thin layer of soil and water.
planting
The seedlings can be planted in the garden in spring or autumn. Place the seedlings 15 cm apart. Water regularly, especially during the first few weeks.
Care
Peppermint is an easy-to-grow plant that requires little care. You can add a little fertilizer during the spring and summer growing season. Don't hesitate to prune the peppermint to encourage growth and prevent it from becoming too invasive.
use
Peppermint can be used in cooking, in herbal medicine, and as a decoration. It has a fresh, minty flavor that goes well with many dishes.
It can also be used as a tea or essential oil. Sweet mint is also used in herbal medicine for its digestive, antispasmodic, and anti-inflammatory properties.
