Epsom salt is also called Epsom salt and has many uses.
As a bath additive it helps muscle relaxation. It can also be used as a peeling or in the shower.
Epsom salt can also be used as a fertilizer for plants.

For the bath (3 to 4 handfuls of Epsom salts in the bath water),
To relax the feet (2 handfuls of Epsom salts in a basin of lukewarm water)
