Christmas is just around the corner, faster than you think. And suddenly you need a last-minute gift. But don't worry, our granola is quick to make and you probably already have many of the ingredients at home.

And for everyone who has already got their presents together: why not treat yourself and look forward to a festive muesli every morning :)
Gingerbread Granola
Ingredients
2 cups (gluten-free) rolled oats
1/2 cups puffed quinoa
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup chopped almonds
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/3 cup maple syrup
3 tbsp brown almond butter
1 tbsp gingerbread spice
1 tsp dried ginger (optional, if your gingerbread spice doesn't already contain ginger)
preparation
1. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
2. Add the maple syrup and almond butter and stir until evenly combined. The mixture should be slightly sticky with small lumps; it should not be too dry or too moist.
3. Spread everything on your baking tray (greased beforehand), baking paper or baking mat and bake at 120°C fan-forced for 20 minutes.
Enjoy your meal! :)
Tip: Simply double the recipe (use two baking sheets, otherwise the granola won't be as crispy) and freeze some. It will keep for up to three months in the freezer, but only about one month in the cupboard.
